I live in St. Joseph County and drive in this area quite often, the countryside along this region is beautiful and should be let as it is.

This has to be stopped.
This land grab is in respinse to the circuit breaker on property taxes that will be finalized in 2020.

This area includes a family owned and run flower field business that is well loved in our community. They host many events that support so many other local vendors. These are the things we need and that are good for our towns!

St. Joseph can do better than threatening the land that makes it great.

Any kind of industrial growth doesn’t coincide with that beauriful county park and the serenity of the land. Please reconsider location and dig deeper for preexisting opportunities. Just because it’s open land that doesn’t mean it needs to be filled!

Leave the beautiful land of New Carlisle alone. What a shame. Wanting to destroy our community. There is plenty of land in South Bend to industrialize that is zoned industrial.

Enough already, there are too many empty buildings elsewhere, renovate elsewhere!
