How broken is our system that I e en have to sign this petition? Isn't illegal to murder? Why would these people even be allowed to entertain legislation that allows a person to break another law?

Disgusting. It's appalling that anyone would try to get a piece of filth like this onto our state ballot. I hope his bar association membership is revoked.

This in total nonsense and a clear attempt to construe the purpose an otherwise reasonable ballot initiative. There should indeed be a pre-qualification review to determine constitutionality.
