Normal behavior for toddlers through teens can be categorized by psychiatrists and their book of symptoms as "anti-social" and "mentally defective." We need our children protected from these predators.

Parents MUST be acknowledged for their rights to determine the handling for their children and not someone external to the family who arbitrarily makes a decision for involuntary examination of a child thus denying the child's parents their rights.

The violation of Parents Rights cannot be taken lightly and they must be restored if we are to be a free people. That anyone would handle a child or minor such as is happening, in places like Florida, without parents consent is a gross violation and we must put an end to it.

It is and should be the right of the parents and the right of the child that the parents are being informed and their consent is gotten before any psychiatric examination or testing or treatment is being attempted or done.
Anything else would be against the constitution and human rights. We live in the USA, the land of the free.

This is a violation of human rights. The Baker Act should be abolished to cease involuntary examination on children without the parents consent!!!
