We must stop this abuse of our children. They are our future. For those of you reading this who are in charge of passing this or not, please be humane. Our kids need love and help not psychiatric evaluation.

The Baker act violates the most basic human rights. It should never have become law.

Drugs aren't the solution for humans. Farmaceutical companies invent illnesses that doesn't exist, make you believe that exist, just to have clients to sell drugs .

Please protect our rights as parents. No one knows and cares more for our kids then the parents! This law is harming our kids future by shifting the rights from parents to clinic's whos main motivation is filling beds (money) we should have the right to choose the doctors and clinics we feel is best for our kids.

They baker acted my daughter without my consent... she is a good child and I'm sure the church she was at was talking to her about things they shouldn't have been talking to her about.. I know my daughter and now this is gonna set her back.. she was doing so good.. this is right and needs to be stopped! I should have been contacted first! Not contacted telling me she was there and I can't do nothing about getting her out till she talks to someone !

When you look at a child who has not been tampered with vs a child that has been institutionalized, drugged, psychoanalyzed. The difference is more than striking. You see a bright, intelligent child looking back at you when they have been given love, help, nurturing and their mind has been left to think with.

This is America -- do not force parents to have their children examined by a psychiatrist, or to give them drugs.

Children should not be drugged. It interferes with their ability to learn and sometimes makes them homicidal and/or suicidal. There's numerous other things that are wrong with it but that's a good start.

Have you ever heard about or seen a Psychiatrist discharging a patient? They live off of people who get worse and all their fake "therapies" are geared toward making people worse; more hours, more drugs, more commissions, more side effects, more drugs for side effects, more $$. That's what psychiatry does, hand in hand with big pharma. Don't allow out future generations to be drawn into that terrible vortex. It can only drag our civilization into oblivion!
