Controlled hunting is a necessary management technique that assures longevity of the species.

Hunting and fishing is an economic and environmental benefit to the province. Without it, wildlife and fisheries management would cost huge amounts of money, with no revenue generated.

Everyone should have the right to hunt and fish. It's part of Canada's heritage. Come on now.

Protect hunting in British Columbia. Hunting is a vital resource.

Wildlife management needs to be based on sound science, not emotions.

I would like to encourage science based decision making for determining sustainable use of all wildlife

Sustainable use of wildlife will assure a future filled with bears. Bans on utilization are detrimental to wildlife as they become reduced to a pest or vermin.

Grizzly bear hunting needs to be re-opened in BC

The measure of a democracy is "tolerance for alternate points of view"...in BC it's conform or be legislated out of existence.

Hunting provides ecological balance for all species. Banning grizzly hunting will greatly upset the balance of all other animals including humans. Please rely on well grounded science and not emotional feelings by the un-informed.

To ban hunting is to all mankind much worse than banning music, dance, reading etc. Democracy survives by throwing out the suggestions of people with bad political judgment
