We have been vacationing in Prospect for over 20 years and can't imagine this special community without it's church and hall. They contribute to the heart and soul of Prospect; it's activities and events that set the town apart to make it soulful and distinctive.

We moved into this special community in 2001. Our children have grown up here. Without question, the church and hall play a significant role in living here. Community, friendship, support all take place in these buildings.

The short-sighted destruction of Religious Buildings will come back to haunt us. Beautiful and CORRECT architecture is being destroyed at an alarming rate while the few replacements which do get buiklt are supremely ugly industrially-engineered throwaway warehouses which are acoustical and visual nightmares. The cost of PRESERVING attractive buildings pales in comparison to the cost of replacement. It PAYS to PRESERVE!.

We should be respectful of these very limited resources.

Hope it can be saved, we need to keep some of the best original buildings, too much has already been lost.

At a time when churches are needed to draw the heart of communities together they are being torn down. Don't stand by and let it happen sign the petition. Support your community.
