Dear Mr. Shinden we the tenants of prospects arms apts are writing to inform you that we have had enough of strangers hanging in and out of these building . we feel no longer safe this has been going on for a while now . we the tenants feel that we are entitled to live in a clean and safe environment . we are also aware of the ftap program you claim to have entered with the pct dept .they have helped the best they can . we are asking you to please send security guards to these building so we and our children can feel safe . therefor we will rallly together to takes steps in order to secure out safty and lives in these building . we the tenenats of prospect arms apts will stop paying rent , will go to court, if necessary . we hope to here from you soon about this very serious problem . very truly , Ms. H clemons
