Ridiculous. My kids were actually scared that night thinking something was wrong. Hope they throw the book at him.
FAA regs are there for a reason. He could have caused a real accident with that nonsense. LOCK HIM UP.

This guy is a total nuisance. Everyone in El Cajon is tired of his games wasting tax dollars while the cops could be doing actual police work.
