Everyday more and more haneous attacks, neglect and abuse is criminally inflicted on voiceless, innocent animal victims. I beg the NYDCt. Judge & DA impose the maximum penalties and felonies agst. these brutal torturers and murderes. The pain suffered by helpless animal victims we can only imagine, lest they feel fear, pain and the people and judicial system must institute severe sanctions agst. These,attacks and acts and make these criminal serve the most severe jail sentences to fit the crime. This MUST STOP, and a way to begin is changing the laws and seeing examples, Ainmals are here to teach and love us. They are sentient beings that deserve as much respect and love and kindness as any other living creature . I beg and pray to the courts of New York state in this case that they throw the book at the man who did this helpless innocent little dog. May shevrest in peace and he rot in jail and eventually hell.
