Ashamed to admit I'm a Queens girl by birth + 40 years. This coward animal abuser needs to be prosecuted for the cold blooded murder of this poor tiny victim. Why is it taking a petition requiring 1000 signatures to do so? What's the hold up. If we can't rely on you to uphold the law who can we? Do your job!!!!
