Please Prosecute this person who did this to this "innocent dog, Honey" . This dog didn't deserve to die, and be brutally killed in that manner. The man should be fined, and inprisoned. *Effective Jan. 1, 2016, the F.B.I. passed a law ..no Animal Cruelty/Neglect in 50 states. This is a Felony Now! Put this man in prison to pay for his crime!
