Where is justice? Why in the world is this human being walking ? Medically speaking anyone that is cruel to animals has PSYCOPATH tendencies . This person should be in jail ! Baffles me how the law allows him to still walk around

I expect this perpetrator to be held to the full extent of the law, and NOW. Murder of man or beast should be adjudicated on the same terms. Obviously the perpetrator is walking the streets still and obviously he is a walking time bomb. Who is to say that he won't go off on someone again, maybe a child.

Set a precedent Sir against animal abuse. I am so sick of hearing about some helpless animal tortured. You have the position to make the abusers pay, not with just money, but time. Lock them up and let him deal with animal lovers who will put him in the position of helpless victim. God bless you.
