The sadistic perpetrator must be held accountable for the despicable and brutal killing of a tiny, sweet much loved pet who died due to a deranged abusive and callous subhuman who must go to jail for causing this precious pet to suffer excruciating pain, agony and dying from horrific abuse, cruelty .
