Please punish this disgusting monster. That poor innocent animal did not deserve that. With a temper like that he is a bomb waiting to detonate. This time it was a poor defenseless dog which sickens me to the core and it could happen again to another innocent animal and maybe a child. Please do not let this cruel and vile act go unpunished.

Harming animals should Carry as harsh punishments as when criminals harm people, meanwhile this murderer should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and fined as high amount as possible.

Prosecute this COWARD! This dog was innocent, had NO Chance against this Sick Man! He must be held Accountable for Killing a Living Being! He needs Jail Time which I'm sure he doesn't believe he'll have to worry about,, make him pay for any medical/ vet bills incurred, Lifetime Ban from own/working with animals & his name on a National Animal Abuse Registry to monitor this murderer!
