Justice Jean Toal is an alcoholic who is using and abusing her powers as a Supreme Court justice to skirt the multitude of accidents she has been involved in while intoxicated. This type of blatant disregard for the law by a person of such power cannot be tolerated and needs to be dealt with to the full extent of the law. No one is above the law. Thank you.
