Totally inappropriate and unsafe especially in view of current terrorism activities.

This elevator structure would render the security checkpoints on the street obsolete.

Please, no elevators in exchange for height!

the area is impossibly over crowded already and cannot stand more pedestrian traffic.

This “give back” proposal makes no sense and demonstrates how hollow the concept truly is:- As they pose a bonafide security threat they should not even warrant consideration.

The proposed structure is a security risk to the landmarked area.

Please do not build these subway elevators on our historical street. This is a “terror-safe” zone and this structure could undermine our safety. There are better options for this structure. Please use those and keep Broad Street beautiful and safe. Thank you.

This is potential security hazard as well as a traffic and aesthetic problem.

This is a very bad idea due to the constant security issues with the NYSE

I oppose the elevator placement, not only is it unsightly, it appears also to be a security risk.

I do not support the proposal and risk far exceeds any benefit.

This station is always empty and NOT in need of an elevator. The security treat this elevator presents Exposing such a high profile neighborhood close to the freedom tower and on wall st and it’s residents to a breach in security with all the money and efforts spent on police and barricades just to appease a developer and its goals is irresponsible to say the least. Protecting its Citizens and the community should be the main goal .

There are other choices that are not a huge and unnecessary security risk that could benefit this neighborhood. This plan is simply an expedient way for the developer to check a box, but it’s also a dangerous threat to a vulnerable and symbolically distinctive street in precious lower Manhattan. This elevator must be stopped. There is already so much elevator subway access at Fulton Street, for many more train lines. Resident, 15 Broad Street, within the security zone.

Security concerns come first and outweigh anything other considerations. Besides, my wife and I have never seen anyone in the area who needs the use of an elevator in this particular location.

As a daily commuter and resident, I believe the security concerns allowing access to the Frozen Zone outweighs the benefit in transportation. In addition, the glass elevator structure adds to an already congested area.
