The Board just confirmed that our logo is staying exactly where it belongs. I am truly stunned by the outcome and it is entirely because you chose to speak up when it mattered. Let's keep enjoying our club and appreciate the history we saved together.

It has come to the attention of the members that the Board and it’s ad hoc committee are intending to change our current long standing Logo.
While we appreciate the BODs attempts at improving OUR club, the undersigned members are ADAMANTLY OPPOSED TO CHANGING OUR STORIED LOGO!
Please consider this petition a formal attempt to BLOCK the BOD from acting unilaterally in this matter.
This petition will also serve as an official request for a Special Membership Meeting regarding the same.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the private messages pouring in because I really just started this to express my own frustration. It is clear I am not alone in wanting to preserve our club history and I am so grateful to everyone who has reached out to help me navigate this.

I have no problem using the Spoonbill logo for that tournament, and/or as a secondary logo. But I don’t see the significance of that logo to replace our existing logo.
I prefer the logo as it stands One can feel the historical value in the present logo
A very low priority
I like the one we have and don't see the need.
Unnecessary expense to redo money better spent on the golf course !
Please stop ruining our club and changing unnecessary items.
We have equity in our current brand. Leave it as is.

Yea, of the number of things I regard major issues at SB, our logo isn’t one of them.
