This would be a traffic nightmare....dumping more cars onto 109 and doubling the statistical 1.5 accidents per dau average!

Although I believe a person should be able to do what they want with their property they need to consider the impact on both the environment and the neighborhood. Even after Hwy 109 is widened it will not be able to handle the extra traffic generated by all the development in this area. The lake at LaGuardo is already filling up from the runoff from the last few developments on the two blue line creeks running through this property. The lack of adequate roads and sewer should be enough to stop this.
