Proposed Golf Course Lodge Threatens Madison Green Community

we NEED to STOP this!!!!!

I agree, I do not want the golf lodge to be constructed.

I do not want a hotel on property. It will lower values and diminish our life sttle

I oppose the construction of the golf lodge in the Madison Green Community.

I do not want a hotel in our beautiful residential community.

I live in the Estates, I DO NOT APPROVE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT.

I am a resident at Madison Green and I don't approve this project.

Madison Green has been my home since 2003. The traffic on Crestwood continues to increase. Allowing a hotel golf lodge will not only decrease our property values but increase traffic and our security. Marriott will want to make sure their investment remains profitable the rooms will be reserved and paid for not just golfers but for any one who can pay. Who will keep these people from the hotel from trespassing on our property? If they want to build a golf lodge build it in a area zoned for public use like The Commons Park on Royal Palm Blvd not here among our homes and our Club House.
