I live in Eau Claire, WI and I was born and raised in Midland, I joined the Navy after high school and many people know the name Midland Lee Rebels mostly because of Friday night lights. Even here in Wisconsin people know the name. If the name is changed to something else like Bush high or something like that then tradition is no more

This school has had the same name since it opened. This is telling all the past Lee Rebels graduates that they do not matter.
