This Petition is for a leash law Texas does not have it state wide we need to put this in effect and help protect us and our pets. Dogs’ running loose is wrong and dangerous many can get hurt, or even your pet. We need to fight to protect the rights of the dogs since they can not speak. Knowing that this law would be in effect can help in many ways not only pets but, our children, the young and old. We need to take a stand and make this a law.
