This is an important issue. I am so proud of my niece Tori for bringing it to light. I've seen bullying first hand in the dance community and it saddens me. It's so hurtful. We all need to take this pledge. Lets make a difference!

I get bullied on a regular basis at work by my boss and other work colleges because they feel they have more power then me as they are at a higher position, I get humiliated every time i am at work and leave feeling embarrassed and up set as normally i get shouted at in front of clients and made to feel stupid when normally they are the ones who have made the mistake and are blaming me for it so they don't look bad. So this cause is important to me. I will be quitting my job soon, but who's to say the same thing wont happen again?

Absolutely love this! I'm so proud of Tori for making this. As a victim of adult bullying I can assure you that this is no joke. We need to change the way we act with each other. There's so much to worry about when getting older. Bullying shouldn't be one of them.

I have been subject to being bullied in front of children, and I agree that tomorrow's future needs to have positive adult relationships modeled for them, whether it is by someone who knows you well or not, but especially if they are relatives.
Let's leave the east on their own.
