The Irvine Company has decided to implement a construction schedule without thought or concern as to our personal Holiday observations or privacy during such a special time of year.  According to the current plan; we will be forced to have scaffolding and construction crews on ourdecks and interior of our homes.  

WIthout the signature from everyone in your household, this means:  NO DECORATIONS,NO LIGHTING AND NO BOAT PARADE OR FIREWORK FESTIVITIES FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR DECK.
