The housing department at USF promotes sustainability and provides students with 8 recycling locations around the residential areas on campus. However, most students do not recycle as most apartments are not provided with recycling bins, although they are provided with trash bins. Only a few residential complexes such as Cypress Apartments are provided with recycling bins
Please sign this petition requesting that the housing department within USF provide all dormitory rooms with a recycling bin in order to promote active recycling in students.
