Prohibit Donald Trump from Coming to the Mabee Center

As an alum of this institution, I would be absolutely ashamed of my alma mater for allowing this presidential candidate to speak at the Mabee. I am aware that the MC isn't in direct control of the school, but I know the school has a say in who comes there. Trump has used his podium to spread hate and discrimination toward those who live in our country, and I am sure that there are students at ORU whose families are within his descriptions of those whom he has chosen to discriminate against. If ORU cares about the emotional well-fare of its students, please ban this candidate from coming onto the campus.

I am an alumni from Oral Roberts University and strongly disagree with the idea of allowing an obviously racist candidate to come and speak on very highly renowned campas and university. I pray wisdom over Oral Roberts and its staff for agreeing to this. God Bless

I do not support the many negative comments coming from Mr. Trump in his campaign for the Presidency of the United States. His style of campaigning is offensive to me. Please do not allow him a venue to discriminate and offend.

Trump is the opposite of Christian love. He has no place near the campus of ORU.

Would ORU allow strippers to have a show at the Maybee Center? Is there not a set of rules for what kinds of events are allowed at the Maybee Center? Does a racist and sexist speaker not violate those rules? Where does ORU draw the line? Hosting Trump as a speaker implies to me that ORU supports his bigoted racist and sexiest un-Christianlike values. If I were ORU's decision makers I'd want ORU to separate ORU as far away as possible from someone like Trump. If he's going to come to Tulsa to speak he should be on neutral ground not a Christian college campus. Please stop supporting Trump. He has no place at ORU.

Donald Trump is so removed from the actual world. And he is honestly crazy. How is it possible to be so close minded. He is a modern Day Hitler. Identifying Muslims with a yellow patch. Claiming with make America great again. Claiming only people born in America that had both parents born in America can stay when his own mother wasn't even born in America. Hitler had Jewish ancestry.

Ethnocentrism tricked out as patriotism is not a presidential virtue. Trump is not just uncivil: he is dangerous.
