It is our belief (as existing homeowners in the Palisades Home Development) that dwellings from such builders as Celebrity Homes & Hearthstone Homes do not meet the quality standards nor the price levels of existing custom home builders in the Palisades Development . Furthermore, we believe Celebrity Homes & Hearthstone Homes detract other custom homebuilders from constructing and also decrease the value of existing custom homes in the Palisades. Our mission (as existing homeowners in Palisades development) is to move for a community vote to determine which Celebrity and Hearthstone models will be allowed for costruction in the Palisades Home Development.
