I condemn the ghastly act of killing adivasis, the Maoist cadre and leaders without producing them in the court and also suppressing the facts of arrest of RK and other people by the Government s of AP, Orissa and the Center. I demand the Govts to produce before court Com.RK and all others duly honouring the Constitution.

Though central and state governments have banned and declared Maoists as "internal security threat" , they have been fighting for the constitutional rights of Aadivasis. Is 1/70 act not a constitutional right? Is PESA a constitutional right? Is Territorial authority, not their constitutional right? Is not there constitutional provision for 'self rule'? Since,Maoists are fighting in support of constitutional rights of Aadivasis, I appeal general democrats to support cause and to demand to produce Com.RK in the court of law.
