I know an instance. Shortly after being released from jail my friend was found in a place he should not have been. Being a released convict the local police beat him and took him directly to the hospital for a check on him. He was then taken to jail. 45 min later he was back at the hospital by the Sheriffs Dept. saying he was found hanging in his cell. He did not die. But after months in the hospital taken to the lical State Hospital, he's has memory loss due to lack of oxygen to his brain. (HE WAS ONLY GONE FROM THE HOSPITAL FOR 45 min.)
Now, he's been released from State but back County Jail. And has this 1203.2(a)(1)PC:F on him FOUR TIMES. Giving the court every right to do to him as they please.

My brother got violated for missing an appoinment because he didnt have gas money. Now hes sitting in county for six months. Total joke.

Hard to get a job when the PO can throw you back in whenever they feel like it. No proof needed just a report. Need to fix this.
