I support the conversion of the Seward Park Co-op garage to valet operation allowing for:

1. Greater shareholders access to parking

2. Generating additional revenue for the co-op while keeping parking fees affordable and significantly below market rates

3. Providing short-term parking options for visitors to the community in response to sharp decline in street and public parking
