Private Schools do not follow SSAC guidelines in regard to recruiting or transfers. Go to any sporting event involving a private school and you will see license plates from at least 3 states supporting their team. Those are parents of current players. I agree they should be moved up to AAA or have their own division. The statement in the paper made by a private school coach that "this move would wear out his players" is ridiculous. That is how Single A teams have been playing for years.

There is no way that private schools that can recruit from anywhere and not have the same rules as the public schools should be able to be in single a state championship. Just isn’t fare for kids

All private schools should be in a league of there own and play each other. They should not be able to play against public Schools.

Stop the unfair practices of private schools being able to recruit players outside of their districts. If they are competing against public schools for state championships then they should have to play by the same rules as public schools.

Private schools should either play a class up or in thier own league. Class A schools can't compete with schools that recruit.

It’s not fair to the schools that are abiding by the rules. Our small school basketball team had a great season this year only to be eliminated by a Christian school in the Regional game.
