I have a son incarcerated and the system I not tending to his medical needs lots of days he needed medical attention n didn't receive it he has lots of medical issues most is from being in there he has pancreatic might be cancer n he's being left for dead in there no one cares n they're treated n caged like animals shower once a week is outrageous.

petition on behalf of the New York State prison population, in relation to the early release of incarcerated individuals pursuant to the "Earned Time Act" proposed by The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly.
