This petition has been made in memory of my friend\'s sister. Her murderer is allowed luxuries such as a television, DVD\'s and her very own hairdresser! It is not right! She should be made to sit alone all day, forced to think about what she has done. This petition aims to become big enough to send to the Prime Minister in the hope of getting a response from him and maybe even making a change.
