Prioritize scheduling after-4pm class options for all MoPA core courses

As of now, I don't necessarily need (or want) post-4PM core classes; but, if feasible, the option should be available for the students who do need them. I stand in solidarity with my fellow MoPAs who need those options.

If we're to have class at three, we might as well have class at noon. Too difficult to work and get to class when one doesn't live with their parents or haves cougar. Work is a must. Unable to negotiate with employers at interviews regarding leaving the office at two o'clock. Especially gigs that are public affairs related.
