With riveting themes and classical ballet music swelling in the background, Princess Tutu is about a duck whose mission is to save the Prince and ultimately try to defy their fates through the art of ballet. Clocks are ticking as we follow through the intense plot line and the characters' struggle as they desperately attempt to achieve their story's seemingly impossible happy end.
For us fans, Princess Tutu left a legacy in our core. Some of us have even shed tears as we grasp the concept of doing anything and everything to save those we love, forgetting ourselves and our dreams in the process. I hold in high regards the moments where a sense of camaraderie was felt among the characters and it keeps me persistent in my efforts to bring this anime to a bigger stage and a wider audience.
It was a brilliant piece; the ending, perfect. The desire of having it remain untouched is understandable. But I would not pass up the chance of having more of Princess Tutu, especially since it is one of those few stories that I genuinely love. I would like the creators to have the chance of spinning us the tale of Princess Tutu Season 3 as they were supposed to and charm the ballet shoes off of spectators once again. If we back them up in their plans, the possibility of our much-awaited sequel can become more apparent. I have faith that we can all do that.

I have been rereading your comments about how this story changed your perspective on sacrifice and love. It reminds me why I started this search for a continuation after all these years. I am currently reaching out to studios to see if there is any appetite to revisit this beautiful world.

Seeing this much love for Duck and her journey leaves me completely floored. It is overwhelming to realize how many of you still hold this story deep in your hearts after all this time.

One of the best, and most unique anime/manga there is. It would be amazing to continue the story of Ahiru and Fakir.
Pleeeeease! I loved watching this anime when I was little! In fact, I'm even rewatching it for the fourth time now that I'm much older to appreciate the smaller details! I would absolutely love for there to be a third season and for Ahiru to have a happy ending with Fakir. Make this happen!
Oh lord how long has it been? I'd absolutely love to see more of princess tutu! Not only did it give me massive inspiration, it brought back my love to dance. Though I am 20, my feet can no longer point nor flex due to medical issues; sure, I can walk and run but only for a limited time; and sadly, massive pain spreads through my toes when I try to dance again. I loved to dance, I still do, and I've never lost sight of that hope and gleam due to this series. It gave me what I lost a long time ago;dreams.
Please, I know it has been a long time, but please continue, this story deserves at least an OVA, a "True Ending" For Ahiru and Fakir, for the fans!
The show Princess Tutu was one of the best surprises I have ever watched and love continuously each time I re-watch it. So much so that as soon as I finished the series, and found the box set, I bought it. To see a season 3 would be like seeing an old after many years and all the wonderful, sad, and complex stories they have.
If no princess tutu why even live. I need more princess tutu!!!!

Princess Tutu is one of my favorite animes I have ever watched in my life. It was really sad to watch such a tragic ending of this story. I strongly wish a season 3. But it has been already 12 years since the season 2 released. Is it possible that a season 3 will come out after so many years?? But I just want Fakir X Duck sooo bad and Duck as a human girl. God please convince the creators to make a season 3! I am crossing fingers..
