- Guest bedroom window not as promised. Grill was not shown from the inside in sample flat or relevant brochures. - All sliding windows for the living room in the sample flat were on 4-channel x 3 windows and a metal mesh grill as a mosquito net. What we actually got was a 3 channel x 2 windows + a cloth mesh which tears off at the slightest hint of pressure. - Drinking water is not available. I see a tanker coming in every morning and mixing tanker water in borewell water. It is obvious from the taste on the drinking water tap and it leaves stains on glasses. Absolutely unsafe for drinking and we are using 20L cans at our expense to keep our family safe from health hazards. PMC pipeline not available as yet. - Maintenance charges collected from everyone but I don't see any maintenance happening. We need details from the builder and would like to know what constitutes as "maintenance" as per his agreement. Getting garbage out and sweeping floors and lobbies doesn't cost that much. Their elevators fail every second day. - Gas pipeline is nowhere to be seen in near future. Their terms of a one sided contract are unacceptable. NMC is notorious and has a bad name in the market. - DTH was shoved down our throat. Luckily not many people succumbed to their threat and continued with their own service. - Property tax evaluation has been messed up. People have various bills to their account and it's going to hurt us for a lifetime if we don't get it rectified now. If you pay it now, you'll have to pay it for a lifetime! - Parking lot numbers have been put up and you are requested to park in your respective slots. - Lights in the common area, in the lobby and around amenities are always switched ON. We are eventually going to bear the brunt of paying for the bills from the collected maintenance charges. - Amenities are not as promised. The layout difference is evident and we need an explanation on why it has been done this way without informing us. - Security gate is not put up. The security guards are always sleeping at night. I have driven in at 3:00 am on one occassion without any security confrontation. On similar lines, the compound wall beyond E&F buildings is missing. So having a security gate serves no purpose as well. - Parking lots are leaking water. Bid adieu to your car if your parking has leakage. Your car will eventually rust to pieces. - Sewage water used for flush tanks keeps going bad once a week and the flush tank valves are shut off without prior information. This causes great inconvenience.
