My children are afraid of these men standing at my window begging for money every day (I pass them twice in a day to drop my children and collect my children from school.) I have witnessed them fighting amongst themselves to share money given to them in the middle of the road. Another occassion one wasn't able to stand up straight and stepped in the road and almost got knocked.

This can not happen as started whe are a small community and already have to deal with a lot of drug users and prostatudes as it is. Crime is already a problem just imagen how all these stats Wil escalade with a already overworked police force
