These people need interventions to help them, not dump them elsewhere to endanger others. Illovo already has substance use problems and crime, we don't need more of that!

No definitely no more needy people in our area. Not enough work for the people who live here now. You creating expectancy.definetly not. Solve the problem don't just relocate the problem. Please no there is so many better ways to utilize the property.

Send them to camp on the idiot councillors, who proposed this move, front lawn and see how they like it.

Do not push Durban CBD vagrant problems to Amanzimtoti/lower ellovo area. Will be a wast of tax payer monies and push on more crime in the Amanzimtoti area.

A proper strategy needs to be implemented, not just relocating the problem from one area to another

This is a case of passing the buck. Why are they not housed at the various places meant for them?

I am against that what is supposed to be done at our Illovu, We are sick and tired of these thugs who left their homes with their reasons. I don't agreed towards what I have heard that they will find shelter towards our vicinity. I thank you Yours faithfully Ms Sindisiwe Beverley Mthimkhulu

Shifting the problem will not help, it will only worsen it. Council should head the mistakes made by metros around the world who tried the same thing.

It's very unfortunate to have homeless people but a lot of them just want to steal and choose a criminal lifestyle. We don't need people like that in our community, life is hard enough as is.
