Prevent relocation of drug addicts & vagrants from Durban to South Coast

I've worked with NGO's trying similar strategies before in Lower Illovo. These are quiet peaceful communities and the relocation of recovering addicts and street people were not successful at Sahkitemba YMCA, Lower Illovo.

As is we have a high rate of teens smoking within the area so have to share our space with yet a bunch of drugs isn't safe... n a primary school close by

we have been in Illovo for over 30 years and peacefully enjoyed our home and beach. please can this stay like it.
