Prevent relocation of drug addicts & vagrants from Durban to South Coast

This relocation of drug addicts from Durban CBD to Lower illovo will course more crime than before as we are already struggling with all sorts of crimes such as muggings, house breakings and killings etc. I am against this act, the government must try other ways to deal with this issue

We will have more crime rates.. As we already have enough drug addicts roaming ours township.. There is plenty of land that the government is not using.. The government must use one of the lands to build a place for these druggies..to keep them in one place. And not bring them close to our society.

They need to go onto a farm where they can work daily for food and shelter. Nothing is free. This move will affect tourism and property prices in the area as well as crime and drugs Please kindly re evaluate your proposed solution

House breaking will grow higher we won't even have to go free in our place we don't need them they suppose to go to their home government supposed to search their family

I grew up in this beautiful place. I attended the Illovo primary school .My plea to the authorities please have some respect for this hardworking and humble community.

Against relocation of drug addicts to our area

Crime is one of the major factors we do not want in our communities so by signing this petition I say no I don't need any drug addicts to come in our community

They need to be dealt with and not just moved to another area. The most stupidest problem solving idea I have heard.

I call upon Ethekwini municipality not shift the problem from the CBD to our area. They must resolve the problem.; shifting it it won't help. Take them to rehabs. Close the supply give them skill to have income.

Why do. You have to. Move them next our house, where we pay bond for them, you want to increase theft in our area

Totally against relocation of the homeless to Illovo. We are already struggling with crime we don't need more.

We call on eThekwini to properly help these people and solve these problems in Durban and not relocate them to our community
