Prevent relocation of drug addicts & vagrants from Durban to South Coast

I'm working near the place, it's not gonna be safe for me.

This will affect our area at illovu…the rates of our properties will decrease because of crime in the area,no means no.

We have kids around here so please don't send your Nyaupe boys here.

We as a community of illovo are against whatever plans to bring drug addicts in our community as this will contribute to crime, theft and other illegal activities in our area.

We do not want whoonga/nyaope people at Illovo, as they will be many break-ins and we do not have township police station. Amanzimtoti, is useless police station. How much more with whoonga nation around us .

we do not need people who will ruin our community by doing their illegal stuff!

The eThekwini Municipality plan to relocate homeless people into lower illovo without proper consultation is not acceptable We as the community we stand united against this decision and we object this plan. We are against anything that will comprise community safe and peace. And we fear for our kids who may be exposed into wrong things, we love our place and always strive for healthy environments not putting our kids in danger. The Municipality must review their decision.

I think we should have been involved in the discussion prior to the final decision!

I don't agree with the Ethekwini municipality for wanting to build homes for homeless people that they're sleeping on the street why can't they do it far from us we have young children that they go to school next to where they want to build...this is not right by us...maybe they can build it in farms away from Durban

We don't want these people in our area, we are already facing a high crime rate. This will make things worse.

We cannot and will not allow for this to take place. We already have an influx of hijackings, theft and house breaking as it is

I'm scared for our community and our growing kids to be exposed to this human being
