Why build for people who failed to stay at their homes and chosen to stay in the streets and do drugs, whilst they are people who stays under bad homes, and why choose Illovo? Have yall even thought about the community of Illovo? Why not send them to rehab then straight to their homes?

I think the municipality needs to find ways and means to create jobs so that people can become self sufficient , thereby reducing this problem of homelessness
