Stop moving the problem... resolve it. You are just deliberately increasing crime in new areas instead of doing your duty to catch the dealers, lock them up and rehabilitate those who need it. This act would be nothing short of criminal on your part.

No thank you...anyone living in and around lower illovo will not feel safe... and will definitely affect value of a persons house if selling.... selling price will drop drastically

We have enough crime in Amanzimtoti due to the number of drug addicts, every day I stop T the robots and have young begets staring through my windows, these are not people without food and employment, they are young people high on drugs. I have to pay to have security patrolling our streets due to the high crime rate. We don't have enough police officers to cope at the moment so how would they be able to cope with. Bigger burden. Don't make your problem ours.
