Prevent the change of entry time for Standard/VIP tickets after purchase for Take That Wonderland Tour 2017

I was really looking forward to early entry and I've had some nasty comments made to me for saying my peace! :(

If people wanted entry entry they too should of paid for VIP tickets like we all did! This is the privilege of paying extra

I think it is wrong how it has been changed 5 weeks before the tour starts! It's disgraceful! Everyone should have a fair change whether they are VIP or not!

This is just pure greed by the promoters.

I'd have brought VIP tickets had I known it was early entry as that would have justified the extra ££££ssssss

Please no early entry for VIP tickets. It's unfair changing the terms after we all already bought our tickets. PLEASE!

Some of us can't afford multiple dates, or VIP tickets, so we're relying in the one single chance to be close to our boys. Also personally I have health problems which have meant I've had to be seated on III tour and this time I've booked GA as a last hoorah, saying to heck with it, and was going to struggle so I could be close but now I'm wondering what the point was.

It's unfair to change times as it certainly wasn't advertised as earlier entry.

Feeling very upset and disappointed about this as I contacted ticket suppliers before they went on sale to clarify the VIP tickets and what was included. Now 5 weeks before the tour and having purchased 9 GA tickets the terms and conditions to VIP have been changed. It seems that instead of putting in the time to be at the front of the stage it can be offered to the highest bidder. We don't all have the money to do it that way now. I've easily spent in excess of £1,000 on tickets and hotels and travel. All I ask for is that it is fair for both parties involved. This happened at Hyde Park and completely ruined the whole experience for me.

It is unacceptable and not serious. Any cuange of terms and conditions at this stage does not guarantee any customer rights or CREDIBiLITY of the promoters whatsoever. It is unrespectful for the audience, the effort and time we spend in every detail of the tour as your loyal fans. First the amazon tickets chaos and now this..NOT PROFESSIONAL
