Every single day, millions and millions of plastic straws are only used once and then thrown away. In Australia, an estimate of 10 million single use straws are thrown away ending up in the ocean. This action is harming marine animals like turtles, fish and many seabirds. The thing is with plastic straws, they can't be recycled easily but they break down into tiny microplastics which pollutes our waterways for many years.

We think its finally time to put an end to plastic straw use.
