Address: 2 Seminary Drive, Lutherville, Md. The proposed development of this parcel of land will ruin the water quality of Deep Run, a recognized water preservation project and trout fishing stream. Additionally, greater traffic on Falls Rd, Seminary Ave. and Mays Chapel Rd. Will further congest an already congested, high traffic area with 3 failed intersections, which have failed for years. Furthermore, the land development will alter this pristine plot of land, denuding it and affect water quality (see first comment).
