Prevent 21 Acre Large Scale Development on Seminary Ave Near the Falls Road Intersection!

This intersection is one that everyone along Seminary must use to get to 83 south. To get to 83S, it is necessary to take a left only Falls Road. I can't imagine what would happen if there were any real source of congestion at that turn. As it is, the it becomes quite congested with just the regular traffic of residents getting on 83S. Because it will get worse, people will be forced to take other routes, which would include Tally Ho, a residential street that will begin to be used as a thruway (already a problem) and Thornton, which is a route with a lot of foot traffic because the elemetary school is there. It is very important that this project not proceed. It will have a huge impact on traffic and the feel of the residential area with effects felt in many residential streets around where traffic will increase as people try to avoid what will become a high traffic and congested intersection.
