Prevent 21 Acre Large Scale Development on Seminary Ave Near the Falls Road Intersection!

REZONE to RC7. Have we not learned what happens with over-development? Traffic at a that intersection will only get worse. More wells in the area will fail. And adding acres of impervious surface (roof, parking lot) will only add to the danger of flooding in a heavy rain. Find another place for this church.
