Keep out!!! We do not need anymore zoo's (Churches) in the area. Go study elsewhere !!

I work near this area and traffic is a disaster! Adding a mega church would ruin the integrety of this small community.

I grew up in this neighborhood and as an adult I drive these roads every day to and from work in Timonium. It does not need more traffic. It does not need more deterioration of natural land. I know the price is nice and cheap for this but since churches don't get taxed and Grace Fellowship boasts about its needs to seat 1200 people for three weekend services... I'm sure they can muster up the funds for a more appropriate location. In addition, they also say they care about the community. If that is true it's all the more reason to find a more appropriate location.
