This church is as big as a commercial development and needs to be in that type of area. Any development in this space with 3 failing intersections nearby is not acceptable. I live in the Seminary Ridge development and Tally-Ho will be come a thoroughfare as people try to bypass the traffic congestion.

Our well water has already been impacted by road salt. Our water test results have been flagged two years in a row for excessive sodium chloride.
This is an inappropriate development for this location.

A large multi purpose building does not belong on a two lane road like Seminary It is best suited for A road like York Rd which can accommodate high traffic.
Also Falls at Seminary already is overwhelmed with commuter traffic. More traffic will increase risk of accidents at an intersection frequented by school buses, students and school carpools.
