I am opposed to the building of this Mega church on this lot.

I'm 24 years old and have grown up in the Lutherville-Timonium for most of my life. I love the area and how pleasant it is living in the Mays Chapel community. The last thing we need is a 4,000 member megachurch right in our backyard. I like cutting through Seminary to get on to I-83 but that won't be feasible with al l that new traffic. I also enjoy how wooded the area is and it always makes for an enjoyable ride back from school or work. That won't be possible with so much deforestation. A megachurch like Grace Fellowship didn't belong off Padroni Road, and shouldn't be built on Seminary either for many of the same reasons. They need to find a bigger area or community so they don't impose such daily disturbances and inconveniences to the local residents. John Sebastian 33 Tenby Court

Everyone should worship as they see fit, and Saving Seminary is not a referendum on faith. It is one on sensibility, civility and environmental stewardship. The areas around Greenspring Station, and downstream the Jones Falls to Mt. Washington, are already too affected by runoff and their water tables are compromised as is. This parcel is not suitable for such a development. Grace is wise to consider other commercial grade locations that can handle their footprint while preserving their necessary public relations as good neighbors - and Christians not taking dominion over Creation. But rather, fully respecting it and holding as a gift from God. Which it is. Please find a more suitable location. Thank you.

Additionally, the presence of this mega monstrosity will almost certainly bring down property values on streets adjacent to the church. Who would want to buy a home with that in their back yard? PLEASE shut this down!!

The congestion plus the destruction of forested land, watershed, etc. is untenable in this area.
